It also eases headaches, neck, shoulder and hip pain from the muscular tension that builds from the postural shifts that accommodate the growing baby. Massage during pregnancy will help promote relaxation and deep breathing....and not to mention a well deserved break for mum.

Julie is great! She found all the sore spots and some others that I'd forgotten. I have chronic pain and have been to a long list of doctors and an osteo but Julie gave me almost instant relief.
This was my first appointment and it will be an ongoing journey but so far she beats anything I've tried before.
